Aqua Silver is a soft pastel blue with distinct silvery shimmers in its undertones.

When applied dry, it can go on super sheer, subtle, and soft.  With a heavier dry application, it stays a soft pastel with medium coverage.

When foiled (applied wet), full coverage is possible and makes for a dramatic pop of color.  Foiling accents the silver undertones so that it becomes more of a pronounced silver.
